September 7th  First day of class.  Attendance begins Sept.7.  Maximum

6 absences for the year to be valid.

September 9th  Confirmation ~ Our Mother of Sorrows ~ 6:00 PM.

Pick you sponsor and have him/her fill out the sponsor covenant form.  Your sponsor MUST be a PRACTICING Catholic.  That means, he/she must fulfill all obligations and must be in full communion with the Catholic Church, ie., must be baptized, able to receive communion, must be confirmed, if married, must be married in the Catholic Church and attending Mass regularly (every Sunday and Holy Day of Obligation).    NO EXCEPTIONS AND ONLY CHOOSE ONE!   Also, make sure you fill out a Sacrament Application form.  This must be done before you will be confirmed. 

First Communion and Confirmation are two year programs.  Student must attend two consecutive years in a CCD program to receive these Sacraments. (Per diocesan mandate.)  You must fill out special application for the sacraments to be in the program.
